turn on al the lights. Stay in groups and walk each other to the bathroom. You might feel better if you search the house together. Lock the windows and doors...

Okay, the first thing to do is to take care of the scared part ... go around, make sure doors and windows are locked.
I assume the power is on, otherwise you wouldn't be able to use the computer! So ... why not make a batch of cookies or fudge? There are some cool recipes at recipesource.com, even some that don't require cooking. (See URL below.)
Okay ... are you done making cookies? Now, make some popcorn and, hum, maybe some hot chocolate if you have the stuff. And while you're at it, find a deck of cards, some board games, and maybe a bottle of nail polish. If the games get old, you can paint each other's toenails. Or get out some crafting stuff and make Halloween decorations - since you're freaked out already, you should have plenty of spooky ideas.
By the time you do all of this, you should be able to kill two hours easily. Have fun!

If you think you have reason to be scared, then call the police. If you're just jumpy because of the storm and everything, then turn on all of the lights throughout the entire house, make some chocolate milk and sandwiches and tell each other really funny stories about things that have happened to you. Like one time I was with my friend at the mall. We were in Bloomingdale's and she had to go to the bathroom. Anyway, I was waiting by the cosmetic counter for her because I needed to get some lip gloss and she comes strolling over. When she started looking at makeup and turned her back towards me, I noticed her skirt was tucked into her undies and she had toilette paper hanging out the back. In BLOOMINGDALE'S! It was hillarious. I couldn't even tell her what I was laughing at because I was laughing so hard. No, it probably wasn't very prim and proper of me and may even have been a bit immature, but it was so damn funny.

Well, if you are with your friend then your not alone are you then..? dial 9-1-1 and tell the person on the other end of the phone that your parents left you all alone in the house with your friend that is 12 years old...
You are bound to get the police's attention..
Good nite.

Light some candles...wait, how can you be on the pc if your power is out? Anyway, take some pictures you have lying around and cut some faces of yor friends and family and paste them onto funny magazine pics...I did that once and we had a blast! it'll make you forget how scared that you believe you are.

Play some music, play a game, read some books, draw a picture, pet the cat or dog (if you have a pet like that)... there's plenty to do to keep yourselves entertained without a television.
