I get a clear sticky oderless substance around my penis head. I have to pull my foreskin back to clean it. After a few minutes more starts to come. Its not a lot but ive all ways wonder if its normal.
Some times when im playing around with my wife she gets put off giving me head cause the head looks all slimey.
Is this normal or should I get it checked out?
I've always had it as long as I can remember.

It's completely normal. It's called precome. It happens more when your arroused. Don't worry dude, you're fine!

You don't have anything to worry about, the problem is your wife...She evedently isn't into giving head and/or is just inexperienced as to the process of the male reproductive system. It is very normal for a man to have a secretion from his penis when aroused. Maybe she should get a book and read up on male sexual response. Tell her you are the normal one, and if it continues to be her problem, mybe try letting her give you a sensual bubble bath, washing you and touching you, leading up to the moment, she may feel more comfortable with this. If this doesn't work, just tell her she does the same thing when she's aroused,so don't get so grossed out by something so natural.

It sounds like pre-ejaculate fluid (pre-***). It's perfectly normal and is supposed to be a lubricant during sex especially when you're really aroused, but be wary because it also contains some sperm. Some guys have a lot, some almost none.

It's normal, sperm production is a full time process. It becomes the lubricant for sex.
