There probably isn't one. Most modern SMPS devices detect this automatically. A common SMPS design is to rectify the input DC to AC use the DC to run the oscillator that drives the output transformer. A device similar to a dimmer detects if the input voltage is 220 or 110 and selects full-wave rectification for 110 or half-wave for 220.

all of europe is on 220 duh. Italy is in Europe. Milan is in ITaly.

Hence, in Milan electricity is at 220 V. Note that laptops have all an in-build adapter, you can use them on both 110 and 220.

As you are at it, plan to get a plug that will work... and good luck to find it!
