If it is just the text in the web browser that's too small, you can change the text size for the web browser you are using.
go to VIEW->TEXT SIZE and adjust the text size
If every text in your screen is too small, then you may want to change to lower screen resolution. That should make everything in your screen bigger.

Easy. Close everything or minimize everything until youre at the desktop. Right click your screen or wallpaper.
There should be a list of your options. Click on "Graphic Options"
Then it goes to Graphic Properties. Click on Graphic Properties.
It should open up a screen where it says Settings: Colors, Screen Area and Refresh Rate.
In the "Screen Area" Section, it tells you your display size.
Just change it from there. But remember, Smaller=Bigger. E.g. 800x600 is bigger than 1024x768.
Alternate way:
Right click desktop. Click "properties". It opens up screen, on screen look for "settings". Look for screen resolution. There is a bar that says lower or higher. Lower it so the it gets bigger. Smaller=Bigger.
The above is for the entire page. For websites you can go to "view" Click text size and select Largest. But everything is too small, then changing the resolution is better.

If it's just the text size on your browser (like internet explorer), you can go to view (on the toolbar), then go to text size. you will be given options for the text size. settings will range from smallest to largest..
If everything else on your computer screen appears small, then that is probably your display settings. You can go to your desktop. do a right click on an area without any icons, go to properties and then go to settings. on that window, go to the screen resolution portion. drag the slider to the left to adjust the screen resolution. the smaller the numbers (example: 1152 x 864 pixels to 800 x 600 pixels), the larger the pictures and the text will be.
hope this helps. =)
