Looks like a cold medicine. Guaifenesin is an expectorant. I can't tell if the "f-ephed" part is pseudoephedrine or ephedra. Pseudoephedrine is a decongestant. Ephedra is an herbal remedy which has decongestant properties but has been banned in the US because of heart-related deaths. I'm not sure what SA means. MPC stands for Myriad Pharmaceuticals, the manufacturer.
