i was just hired 4 weeks ago and was told doing a good job but after another week employer told me i am fire for not doing a good job even i am doing a good job since they rearly train me. prior to that some employee will call me and asked what is my race and start lauhging. now i only have a week before i am called again to be fire since he gave me a two weeks notice

It means that your boss just doesn't like you and that really aren't doing what the boss considers a "good job".

There are many possibilities. You need to talk directly with your boss to find out the real answer. Perhaps they had to cut back and since you were the most recent hire, you had to be the one. Perhaps somebody there has a personal problem with you and has influence with the boss. Perhaps the company is really going under and they have to cut losses someplace.... the list goes on...

On the face of it, it sounds sad that you were fired. But get real for your own good. What you consider to be 'doing a good job' may not afterall be 'good enough' for the employer. Often the expectations of our job and our actual performance may not just match. Look for another job and try to make it good there. Good luck.

well , since they ''rearly train'', you can sue them for racing, laughing, and homophobia. Sounds like a real turn key nutt job to me.. move on and quit looking outside yourself to lay blame.

Your boss wanted some thing extra from you or he wanted some limited services from you.
