Telephone harassment is illegal. Call your phone company and see if they'll take care of it (that's their job, but sometimes they are more helpful than others). If they won't do anything, take the number to the police and tell them what's going on.

First of all check if you have ISD facilty on. If its on that means persons calling from outside your country , the number wont be displayed. Secondly are they harrsaing calls or just blank calls? If you get to talk with the stranger tell him to stop or else you will have to take action. If its really becoming a no joke stuff complain to the nearest police station and give as much details as you can.

Cheers,
N

Call your cell-phone company plan- & tell them about your problem. Maybe they can trace the calls & get them stopped.

Call the police and ask them what you are supposed to do. Also call your cell plan, usually 611, and ask them what you are supposed to do.
