One problem...
The Big Bang unfolded from a singularity. There was no such thing as "direction" until space unfolded. In other words, there was no other "direction" for the anti-matter to go.

I'm not happy with the idea of the Big Bang at all especially since we have another reason why the galaxies are accelerating away from each other....space is expanding. There is something going on here that is not easy to envision. A physicist I talked to about the singularity containing all the matter in the universe being able to explode was kinda slippery to say the least. If there was no 'space' before the Big Bang....what did the universe expand into, and what is it accelerating into now?? This idea means that scale is just an illusion and it would be equally true to say that matter is shrinking!
This whole 'space expanding thing' is weird. What did they do, look at a galaxy millions of light years away......meaning millions of years ago,,,, it was moving away from us at a certain red shift...then look at it again a couple of years later and notice that it was receding faster? If it's rate of recession is growing noticably after even a couple of years.....we are going to be left pretty lonely ...pretty quick. I think that cosmologists are bluffing,,,too much dark matter in the coffee...if you know what I mean.

in all directions, after sometime, energy can now convert itself to matter and anti-matter, where they anihilate each other in contact converting itself again into energy.
the process of anihilation goes on forever as the two comes in contact again and again. But, i do not know if there is still anti-matter left here in the universe, if there are,.. they maybe so far away from where the matters are, if not, we'll not be talking to each other right now.

No.
"Direction" is a touchy subject when talking about multi-dimensional membranes. I believe recent work with CPT conservation has addressed the reason why there's so little primordial anti-matter.

I believe it sent everything in all directions. If it was an explosion, I do not think it would have exploded in one direction.
