I can confirm all of them, but The Lizard. Sandman, Venom, Hobgoblin, and The Black Cat (Felicia Hardy, not her father,The Cat). There is a large possibility that the Lizard will be in it, but I have not heard much on that.

Sandman, Harry Osborn (somewhere between the Green Goblin and the Hobgoblin) and Venom. Also Spiderman will have to fight off a darker part of himself.
