im 19 years old, not on birth control, nor sexually active. i have lost about 10 pounds in the past 3 months, but i have done so my changing my eating habits to be more healthy and working out about 3 -4 days a week; however, I haven't gotten my period since june (i am NOT complaining) i am just wondering if this is bad for my health, or if i should see anyone about it? what could be causing that?

Your sudden change of lifesytle is likely the cause, your body just has to get used to the differences. I had the same thing happen to me, and after 2 months I went to the doctor. They said stress was the likely cause and gave me hormones to make it start, but it started the next day anways. Irregular periods isn't aren't as abnormal as you think.

This could be due to weight loss. If you are concerned then see your doctor. If your not then I wouldnt worry and it should return in a month or so. Stress, weight loss, not getting enough sleep, weight gain and so on can make your period late or absent.

Were you sexually active in June? If not, go to a doctor.
