Good nutrition and a basic multivitamin are two good things to do. Sleep at least 8 to 9 hours per night. Get regular exercise. The rest is your genetics! Be careful when stretching, don't "bounce" the muscles, do long, slow stretches without injuring yourself. I would spend more time doing fun sports, rather than worry about your height. Some people grow a lot the last two years of high school.

Stretching won't help you grow taller, but as you age, it can slow down the shrinking process.

no that is not true, because there is this thing called DNA and within that DNA is information about you or genes. This will determine how tall you are meant to be in the future.

your height is 70-90% already determined by your genes, the others are by good nutrition mostly. however, playing basketball lots might help a bit.
