Do you think that people will continue to fall in love, get married, and have kids with someone regardless of their "color"? If so, in 50 years, most Americans will be a light brown compexion. I.E. Vin Diesel, Mariah Carey, Alicia Keys, Rick Fox, Colin Powell, etc.

There may be signifigantly more "light brown" americans, but not to the point that it is "most" americans. Not that soon. As you can see from some of the ignorant s*** some people post on here that the different races and cultures of this country are still far apart in some circles. Many people will continue to stick with people of thier complextion, making the transition to an American race a slow one.

We are a country of many different colors anyways. The children from interracial couples are so pretty, no matter how their parents look. We need some beauty in our nation.
If there was some way for us all to look into the past lives of our families, there has always been some type of interracial relationships. I am Irish-American Indian but my skin is not as dark as my Indian ancestors or as light as my Irish ancestors. I love the complexion's of the children these days. Beautiful.
Just call us a Lotta-color nation. ha ha ha
BUT, I will always be American.

I really don't think the majority of children are mixed as the person with the Mexican wifey said. And just because someone is mixed doesn't mean they will be light brown in color or have straighter hair.

Also, there is no way that would happen in 50 years.

I think that people will continue as long as there are rights. The likely that the majority of the population would be majority is not likely as there is still rasicm every where and ppl who stick with there own race, although it will probably increase/

I think that we will see more and more 'coloration' of the general population...not a bad thing...but I really hate to see the diversity of racial groups and cultures disappearing...
