I going to see them in November. I like their music, but they've always struck me as being primarily about the money. After all, Mick Jaggar has a degree in economics.

I think most bands are about the money, if not why are they doing it. As far as the Rolling Stones they are a Blues Band and you have to admit each of their albums are different, they have change with the time over the last 40yrs and still have 3 out of 4 original members.

They didn't start out being about the money, as most bands don't. And even if they are now....who gives a damn !!!! When you have been in the business as long as them and still put out some kick *** rock n roll, make people get up and boogie and feel good.....who cares? This last cd they did is really a good cd. And at his age.....Mick Jagger can still move and get down!!!
As for Keith....hell, he is still alive isn't he !!! LOL

I think the rock band with the most things commercial is Kiss.
They have everything from comic books to credit cards and dolls (ok, action figures lol)

They ARE strictly about the money. They should have called it quits over 30 years ago, but instead, this talentless group chooses to remain on life support, and squeeze every last dollar they can.

doesnt matter...after you see them live you will realize they do it cause they love it...saw them in the 60's 70's 80's wish I could afford to see them now. Sooo cool
