Normally, http use port 80 and https use port 443. So it is possible your port 80 is blocked by firewall or something.

https (HyperText Transfer Protocol Secured) is an access protocol for when you are transferring confidential information. I.E. when making an online purchase and entering your credit card number.

just go up to the url box and edit https to http
