Who doesn't have days like this? When I was working a dead end job I had days when I wanted to stay in bed, pull the covers over my head and dissapear so I could avoid the stress. I think having days like that occassionally is normal. However, I started to have days like that at least twice a week. It was affecting my life.
I think playing hooky every once in awhile is healthy. That being said, Aristotle was right on when he said everything in moderation.

Yeah. Once my get up and go got up and went before I could catch up. When this happens...just stay in bed and set your sights on finding enough energy to eat dinner that evening. All will be well by the next morning.

just the first three hours after my usual waking hours on the first day of my day off after three 12 hour days....i just lay in bed watching tv with the laptop on my tummy......best relaxation...being lazy and yet answering questions in yahoo..........

YES!... thts been alot latley too, it gets worse in the winter and colder months.....thats exactly how i felt today, but then at night i always have a second win and am wide awake....figures :)

yeah..especially when i wake up late to begin with....and there are no plans ahead...no work...no one at home...and the call of the TV or the internet is just too great. Well glad today is not one of those days!! Cheerio!!

Yes, I do have such days & feels so too, at times, but can't afford to relish that luxury, as I'm me, on my own, just like one man show.
