Definitely. Decent high school cross country runners can run 2 miles in 10 minutes, it's not that difficult. Start out by jogging and increase your distance gradually over 6 to 8 weeks. Once you've got a good base started, incorportate windsprints into your regimen. Running hills will help your breathing. Before a run, drink some caffeine and eat some carbohydrates. The carbs will help prevent cramping and the caffeine will help your endurance. !0 minutes is pretty fast though. 12:30ish might be a better goal to start with.

you shouldn't eat sweet food before you run like a bar of chocolate can make you feel dizzy,my advice is to eat spicy food before you run, like a small piece of chili, can make you more active, you can run 2 miles in 10 minutes.you should have a good start then you have a medium speed in the middle then in the last second you can use all of your power

that's pretty quick...I'd start with a reasonable goal like 12-16 minutes. Ask yourself why you want to achieve this goal and that will determine what you need to do and how long you should train for. do your research. checkout sites like crossfit.com, coreperformance.com, coolrunning.com
eat foods that digest slowly to speed up metabolism, drink plenty of water, etc.
