My computer said it needed more space and said to remove unused programs, so I did on a bunch of kid games my son no longer plays. However there is one program using 2,166 mb and if I click on remove or change, it gives a quick hourglass then stays there and doesn't do anything.

I tried to search for the program within the computer and nothing worked. The info it shows is the title is: Hyperload - Mah Jongg. If I click on the click here for support info it says: Publisher is Kraft and website is www.candystand.com where there is a mah jongg game we played before.

I searched my computer for all the above words with no luck. Any ideas on how to get rid of it? Thanks

try in add and remove programs. If that doesn't work you can to go to the registry and re move it. type in regedit in run. this will open the registry. pull down edit and click FIND then type in those words. Right click on that word and delete.Keep going until all the words are gone. BE SURE TO MAKE A BACKUP FILE FOR THE REGISTRY, IF YOU DON"T AND DELETE THE WRONG THING IT COULD MESS UP YOUR OTHER SOFTWARE. IN FACT IF YOU ARE NOT FAMILIAR WITH THE REG. IT WOULD BE BETTER TO GET SOMEONE TO HELP YOU.

Go the their website:

http://www.candystand.com and see if there is a way you can "contact" them. They may be able to assist you in uninstalling it.

You can go to "start" "programs" and try to find it there. It may have an "uninstall" link.

Hope that helps.

p.s. I just went to the site and it seem you just have a shell. You play the game online and you just have the java set. If you have a shortcut on your desktop just "delete" it. if that doesn't work then:

Run the tool and then download the free spyware and virus protection programs:

Malicious virus removal tool:

Ad-Aware Free download:

You could copy all the progams you want to keep onto a seperate disc and then wipe your hard drive.
