My 7-month old uses a sleep sack. As the whether gets colder, I want to know if there are thicker sleep sacks. Thanks.

You can use an old sweater to make a really warm one.

Take an old 100% wool sweater (mens are larger) and throw it through the washer and dryer on hot to felt it up, then cut the top to be shaped like a sleep sack, and sew up the bottom.
You can also buy patterns for them at fabric stores.

I've only ever seen 1tog - 3tog. They say with a 3tog @ 16C baby should wear a vest & PJ set. They don't mention colder temps than this. What temp is the rom at??

I'm not sure that they make sleep sacks for babies that big. You could always go to babiesrus and see what they have available.
