keg parties usually are more relaxed and people drink more, whilst Club parties, you're sure to sweat and not have a boring time

Keg is outside or in a house. Bunch of people drinking and partying.
Club is in doors with a bunch of people around.

Keg parties are what I attended in high school in Hicksville, USA. They were all out doors, usually include a hangover and always include shame of some sort and I assume club parties take place in clubs.
