so far i can run 3 miles everyday in 21 min averaging a time of 7min a mile. i think this is wayy to slow. Im training for the marines and i want to get my time down to 18 min. any advice?? =D

work on more distance, then speed up your time. I know you only have to run 3 mi for the marines, but you will be hiking (humping with a pack) much more than that.

Keep running, your body will adjust and your time will pick up. Make sure you are eating well and giving your body plenty of energy to burn as well as water. Your body is a machine and you need to give it fuel to work effectively.
