with his hand on the "bible" .. did he swear to uphold the "bible" or was it the U.S. Constitution? I get the feeling it was not the latter.

I get the feeling the only thing he is upholding is his own ideals and ideas

Each president recites the following oath, in accordance with Article II, Section I of the U.S. Constitution:

"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."

The President is protecting us and those who hate or twist the truth should be ashamed of themselves. No person is perfect and few are willing (other than our military) to put themselves on the front lines. Our President is an upstanding individual who will be shown to be one of the greats in future times.
