True. We can do good all we want, but its all about how we use it. For example, I am a great at being straghtforward. However I can hust someone's feelings by being two blunt. On the contrary, I am also a great liar, but sometimes I use that for good by telling someone I like their hat or something when I think its the most godawful hat I ever laid eyes on, therefore making the worst in me have the gleam of making another person feel better about themselves.

FALSE. No I don't believe that at all in some people... look at bin laden where is the good in that or Saddam he doesn't give a rats *** on what he's done he's just pissed he got caught, There's so many examples, Hitler come on that was pure evil. I think that the saying that your referring to is to make us good people have hope and give us a little bit of a sense of not wasting our time on the hopeless :(

True. No one is so one-sided that they are entirely good or entirely bad. A good teacher may be a bad husband. A convicted thief may be loving father.

true
even bad people are capable of doing good things, like a man that is a thug or a gangsta, still might have respect for woman and children

nice people can be whole some and good, until put in a situation that may cause them to lose it example... a wife is a good woman until she finds her husband in bed with her sister and she ends up killing both of them

I think everybody has a little bad in them but I've actually met people who are plain evil and believe me there isn't one bit of good or decency in them. They are just evil
