McAfee firewall is quite pesky and irritating. It blocks almost everything. I reckon you disable its firewall and activate your XP Firewall if you do have Windows XP. If not, download this firewall for free, its really nice:

Right Click on the red M (McAfee Security center) next to your clock on the start menu bar. Open Security center, chose personal firewall on the left side, chose options, chose internet applications, and look for any blocked programs, if McAfee is blocking it this is where it would block it at. Chang blocked setting to allow full Access and that should do it.

usually when you invite someone to view your webcam the mcafee firewall pops up and asks you for what to do
you should choose continue what i was doing ..
if that didnt work you will have to add yahoo messenger to mcafee firewall exceptions
Good Luck :)

i suggest you use another firewall like ZoneAlarm... mcafee is very bulky....has a world on its own.... try changing your security as well like for anti virus use Kaspersky and for firewall use ZoneAlarm...
