Is www.freelottery.com a fraud or reliable?

I have a friend who send her data to www.freelottery.com and they sent her a email notifying that she won a big amount of money. She asked me if i had a credit card to use to get the prize. I don`t trust in tha lottery, please tell me a good excuse to tell to my friend!!!! or eitherway tell me if is true or not.
