It isn't just a matter of studying as doing too much ie cramming, can cause your brain to go on strike! Try to study in smaller slots, eat properly and take regular breaks. If worrying is causing a bads night sleep, which makes things worse, then try putting a little lavender oil in your bath before going to bed. I found that making simple notes about the subject and then reading them aloud whilst walking around helped. Apparently moving and speaking encourages the heart to pump faster thereby more blood gets to the brain and helps your memory. I added the talking part as I got stressed before exams and would forget everything unless I physically said it and it seemed to stick then.
Just try to take some time to relax so your brain can rest.

Just relax. If you study too much and caused you to be too stressed, you will not perform well. Plan your time carefully.
