If you have burning after sex but no other time (not the next morning or next day or next few hours) it's probably from irritation. Sometimes the urethra gets rubbed in all the action and it burns a little after sex. It's nothing to worry about and I get it too. If you are experiancing burning when you pee regularly including after sex, you should see a doctor about a possible urinary tract infection for which you'll need antibiotics to treat.

Either you weren't moist enough or if a condom was used it wasn't lubricated, or you could have just been going at it a little to long. If your partner is well endowed, that would cause you to have pain. Ususally, if you have been having sex for several hours, irritation is natural. You should always go to the bathroom after intercourse, that is to prevent what you are already experiencing. You could have a urinary tract infection or a bladder infection. Women usually get this pain with urination if they do not go to the bathroom immediately afterwards, that's what they term as "honeymoonitis".
Get checked out by your OB/GYN

Could be that you are too dry during sex...some women do not produce moisture or may become dry during sex... if that is the case try K-Y jelly found by condoms
I think if it was an infection you would burn every time you pee ......

Go see your doctor asap ..could be one or many problems ..Irritation from too much sex . UTI infection . Yeast infection . Reaction to spermicide or condom irritation or maybe a STI
Trichomoniasis is a common STI:
Causes
Vaginal itching or irritation
Itching or irritation inside the penis
Pain during sexual intercourse
Painful urination
Sometimes your partner might be affected with no symptoms and could reinfect you unless treated..

Are you sexually active only recently , if yes then you have urinary tract infection .Most females do get this during there life time .It is due to the close proximity of the vagina ,urethra and anus . So when washing your back you have to do it away from your vulva.Drink lots of water so that all the germs get out of your urinary tract .Consult a GYNEC.

It sounds like you have a urinary tract infection. You need to go see your doctor and get a prescription... in the meantime, temporarily lay off the sex until you are treated or else you may make the problem worse.

that type of irritation starts at the end of the urethra and that burning sensation radiates. It's the beginning of an bacterial infection.

Could be that you are still aroused. Our clitorises get hard just like mens penises do. If that is the case, then you just need to wait a little longer before going pee.

if it only happens after sex and no other time it's probably because you got irritated and urine is uric acid...that tells you that it stings if it can. So, only worry if it keeps burning for days. Then see Dr.
