Nope. I would not sue someone who was trying to help me in a situation that was life or death. Even if that person was unsuccessful, I would hope my family wouldn't sue a "Good Samaritan" even if the efforts failed. It's crazy what a litigious society we have become.
We could be friends if you were a person worthy of friendship status. Don't know you, so can't swear I'd hang out with you a lot without getting to know you as a person. You'd always have my gratitude, though.
Marriage? Uh. No. Sorry... I need another marriage like I need a bad rash or a hole in the head. (Although, a hole in the head may make marriage more tolerable. hehehe...)

If someone saved my life by using CPR I sure as heck wouldn't sue them for a minor thing like a broken rib! At least I would be around to see my son grow up!

If it came down to me being dead or me living with a broken rib (or cold or whatever), I think I would be more than happy to be alive with something minor that will go away in time. Dead is forever. Anyone who would sue you for saving their life is an idiot. And anyone who would take you to court would hopefully be laughed out of court for it. I would also hope I could be your friend afterwards. You can't ask more of a friend than saving your life.

You can't be sued for attempting to revive somebody. There is a thing called "The Good Samaritan Law" which prevents just that sort of thing. As long as you feel that you are doing the right thing ( I believe that is decided by what a group of years peers would do ) then you can't be sued.

I would be forever indebted to you, even if you broke a rib or two. I wouldn't sue you. As for the marriage, if you were mentally disturbed enough I might consider it;) (if you are female) lol

I wouldn't want to lose my life, so yes, i would let you do CPR on me, if you know what you're doing, as a matter of fact, if i'm lying there dying, i wouldn't be able to tell you no.

if the person needing CPR is unconscious then the consent is implied, so you cannot be sued.
