Whenever there is group of people lives/works together, wheather it is family, society, organisation or the Nation..................u need certain code of conduct and rules..........tht is law. And u need it everytime to live peacefully, without disturbing, respecting/accepting others existance in the group.

Although the system works broadly for the people properly, some times it seems does not.................!! It happens so...nothing to worry.

You know we are changing everyday and the rules made noramlly for previous requirments. We do changes the rules time to time for present requirments to control and check the newer problems.

Good question. I would say that public opinion and vengeance is served nowadays, not justice. Justice is a precious thing that is usually not politically correct or popular. Just watch some of those popular police shows like the Law and Order series. The due process of law if nothing like that, and the American public does not realize it.

Not any more than it has always been. Law is what those it charge make it to be, and it can be just or it can be horribly unjust.
