I'm looking for cheap low high heels. I've looked all over the internet and found a few sights, but I figured I'd ask the public. Also, no higher than about 2" because I'm really tall. And a low price would be good, too.

As always, you get what you pay for. Now, the biggest problem with buying shoes online is sizing is hard to tell even with all of the measurements they can give you., You might want to look at PayLess Shoes or a Department store as they will have a decent selection at a reasonable price.
