What happens at the end of Dawson's Creek?

Ok. First part:
Everyone gathers back in Capeside for the wedding of Dawson's mom .
Pacey, ended up reopening the Icehouse and making it his own resturant. And of course is involved in an affair with yet, another older, married woman.
Jen comes back with her baby girl:Amy and visits Jack who is now a teacher in Capeside and he is involved with Pacey's brother Doug, who of course is still living in the closet.

Joey comes back after living in New York with her new boyfriend Christopher, but of course arrives alone, with built up feelings still for Dawson and Pacey.

Dawson comes back as a big TV producer and director, who has a new show called :The Creek; based upon the lives of him and his friends.

Of course, once Dawson and Pacey see Joey, the triangle again reopens.

Part 2:

After the wedding,
at the reception, Jen falls down and passes out.
She has developed a heart condition which cannot be fixed, and she is going to die.

Then the remaining friends gather at her side for her last few days.

Joey than promises to make a choice b/t Pacey and Dawson, as Jen's dying wish. Joeys tells her she has always known who she is meant to be with

Jack asks to take in her daughter Amy, and wants Doug to be a family with him and the baby girl.

Dawson realizes he is so caught up in his new career, that he has lost track of himself, and he's friendships.

After Jen dies:

Pacey tells Joey, she is off the hook and if she wants to move on she can..she in return lets on that he is her choice.

Joey tells Dawson she will always love him, but it was a love of there innocence and its one that will only be a part of her childhood.

Doug finally opens up to Jack and wants to be a family with him in Capeside

Ending scene:

Dawson finishes his season finale of "The Creek": and writes in the storyline of his and Joeys first kiss and how they first fell in love. Joey is sitting watching it in New York in her apartment on the couch and says"perfect, just how it should be" ..............to her side is Pacey who is tearing up over the show.

They then she says"lets call him".
They call Dawson.. who is ready to take a call on the other line...from Stephen Speilberg. They all laugh in excitement.

Dawson's mom (Gail) gets remarried. (after Mitch died in a car accident leaving his new born daughter, Lilly and the rest of his family.) In the wedding reception,Jen passes out,for the others to learn she has a un-curable heart problem. Jen later dies and leaves her one year old daughter, Amy(to which her fathers name was never said) to Jack to adopt and raise with Doug(Pacey's bother who actually did turn out to be gay as Pacey always suspected). Grams is still holding up with her breast cancer but when discovers Jen had died whispered that she would she her very,very soon. Joey ends up with Pacey, though is very certain to keep a very close relationship with Dawson. Dawson's accomplished his life long dream of meeting his all time favorite movie director, Steven Spielberg, and also his dream of becoming a successful movie director in Hollywood is now a reality, he produced his own show, faintly similar to the actual Dawson's Creek, titled "The Creek".

Joey and Pacey end up together and sit down to watch a TV show that their friend Dawson wrote about his years growing up.
