Does it mean "For sure you're drunk"?

"Fo schizzle" means "for sure". I'm thinking that "drizzle" means drunk because from what I understand Snoop Dog "izzles" takes the first 2 letters of a word and then adds "izzle", therefore making the word drUNK into drIZZLE.

Fo schizzle yer drizzle = For sure you're drunk
