(3x+4)(1/3)=

(1/3)*(3x)= x
(1/3)*(4)=(4/3)

so... (x+4/3)!

Composition just means that you replace the x in the first function with the second function. So in your first problem, replace the x in the f-function with the g function.

It will be 3[1/3(x-4)]= 3[1/3x - 4/3]=x-4

That should start you on the others.

You just put in the function following to X for X in the first part

f X g(x)

f(x) = 3(1/3(x-4)) + 4
f(x) = 1 * x - 4 + 4
f(x) = x

g X f(x)

g(x) = 1/3((3x+4)-4)
g(x) = x + 4/3 -4/3
g(x) = x

h X h(x)
h(x) = 1/(1/x)
h(x) = x

Learn how to multiply.

f(x).g(x)= (3x+4). (x/3-4/3)
=x^2-4x+4x/3-16/3
=x^2-8x/3-16/3

Do the others by yourself
