By far it would be VICTORY OUTREACH. They are located all over the world. You would most likely find them in an inner city near you. They have the highest rehabilitation percentage rate in America. They are in cities all around me and they are very effective at impacting lives for the better.

Why does it have to be Catholic or christian?
Any drug rehab center is going to be fine; and a non-secular clinic would likely be better than a religiously themed one.
That said, i believe there are few, if any, faith-based drug rehab centers. Alcoholics Anonymous is just as ineffective as doing nothing at all.

There's a place called America Keswick located in Whiting, NJ. It's a Christain based and non denominational. I went there back in 1980 and to me it was great!!! Here's the website....hope this help you. http://www.americaskeswick.org/
