How do you get to level five in the NES version of Zelda?

"When you reach the bottom-right corner of the map, head north 1 screen and enter the shop. Buy Arrows for 80 rupees (if you don't have the money, go fight enemies and come back for the Arrows). After that, continue north to another screen and you'll see a Heart Container on a ledge surrounded by water. Use the Ladder and go across the 2 platforms to claim the container, giving you 12 total containers. Now, continue north 2 more screens, west 1 screen, north 1 screen, then west for 1 more screen. Head up the blue steps and go west to the next screen. Continue west to the following area, and you will be in the Lost Hills. Go north 5 times to get through here, and you'll end up at the 5th dungeon, the Lizard. Make sure you have Arrows, and at least 100 rupees currently with you; if you don't have 100 rupees, get them by playing a Gambling game or fighting enemies until you do. You'll need them if you want to be able to carry 4 more Bombs."

level 5...
I believe it is located of the top of lost hills (just go up, up, up, up, up.....until eventually) The hills is located west one area from the waterfall

On the second quest, Level 5 is beyond the raft point. The raft is located at level 4 at the lost hills. You need a power bracelet from Death Mountain to move the statues to enter the dunegon.
(don't get the triforce after finishing off the boss at level 4...go beyond the final room by going through a false wall northward to get the raft at the room of bricks.)
