I'm assuming that you are looking for a desktop wall paper. There are a few here :

Although, you can just use any image that you want. Find a picture, right click on it with your mouse and select "Set as Background." If you need it to fit the screen better all you have to do is go to your "Control Panel" and double click on "Display" and then click on "Desktop" tab. Then under the entry that reads "Position" select "Stretch"
