Most say bin Laden is there... yet we just allow them to take care of it?

yet we invade Iraq to get Saddam?

we're trusting a dictator that took over in a military coup... to find bin Laden... the man who killed 3,000?

again... for those that have trouble seeing the question... "Pakistan, should the U.S. be doing more about it?"... and I'm quite curious to see what you guys have to say... maybe I can learn something...

I'm not a big fan of going to war... but I'm not a big fan of letting Osama run around either... I mean if Osama makes another big hit... the U.S. will go apesh*t 10 times worse than anything we've seen so far... and that's going to be bad for everyone...

robodem: I can take real criticism... but all you say is..."that's not a question!"

that's not real criticism... see real criticism has points... all you have is being rude... and yes "how dare I" exercise my free speech to voice my opinion and ask others for theirs... hahaha

and defending the country with a dictatorship; which is housing Osama? well, let's just say I'm not surprised...

The first priority with Pakistan should be to get them to give up their small nuclear arsenal.

The USA flat out loses the "war on terror" if the military junta in Pakistan is overthrown and the majority of the people actually rule in Pakistan, because that majority will turn it into an Islamic republic and share the nukes with their friends.

So let's coerce them into abandoning those nukes while they still have Musharraff.

bin Laden is a side issue, and the people would rebel and overthrow the Pakistan government if bin Laden were found and handed over to the U.S.

Pakistan is a mess. A powder keg.

Bush gave up the right to invade Pakistan when he invaded Iraq. He should have left Iraq alone and used the threat of force moving into Pakistan to put pressure on Musharrif to turn over Osama. Musharrif, I think, is playing both ends against the middle. He is trying to be a friend to both Bush and Osama, and he needs to make a choice.

the folk there are so amazingly form, and beneficiant. Pakistan has large nutrition! sturdy procuring places. large seashores. large organic elegance, in places like Swat, and the Margallah Hills etc. i think of the main reason i like it there is as a results of the fact that is crammed with relatives, and we don't have a large relatives settled in this usa, yet while i pass to Pakistan, that's a large distinction. i like being around the folk there. In-fact, at some point, inshallah, i would be working for the British government in Islamabad. it incredibly is the dream. have been on the fringe of having a job there already, yet at some point inshallah, i will make it.

How is "Pakistan, should the U.S. be doing more about it?" a question. Do more about what? What is your gripe with Pakistan?

We don't NEED to do anything with Pakistan. Pakistan is a fine member of the world community and how dare you try to stir up anti-Pakistani sentiments.

You need to start formulating real questions and stop spitting at everyone who disagrees with you. Hiding behind your avatar and constantly turning to the staff at Yahoo Answers because you don't have the guts to ask real questions or take real criticism.

What do you mean "what should we do about it"? Since when is it the United States right or obligation to do anything about the way other nations are run.
Get real. Thinking the US could solve all the problems of other nations is one of the biggest problems facing the world today.
Smaller nations start to expect help from the US and then do not like the way the US helps-

I think we should. Its just that right now, Bush is too worried that he'll hurt everyone's feelings by trying to eliminate another obvious threat... Everyone seems to think that Iraq was of no threat and we should've just let them keep on denying their citizens their rights... So go figure...
