Depends on what you are doing. Opened toe Crocs [damn ugly things] have worked very good for me at a water park, around the house, on our boat and at the beach. They are comfortable, protect the bottom of my feet, don't make my heel spurs worse, and clean up REALLY easy. At a nice sandy beach, clean cool grass, and on my clean cool Pergo I prefer bare feet, but in all practicality, Crocs have more function and are better for my feet. Rubber soled sneakers for the outside, every day world for style and comfort.

Naked feet are the best but sometimes flipflops are necessary.

I hate shoes...wish I could be barefoot all the time (of course I'd have to move, winter with no shoes could be bad....)

Out of those options I'd choose barefoot.

Bear feet are cool, but I think they are called paws.
I like bare feet with macrame slave anklets on.
