I am in 8th grade, so no romantic crap.
i need to ask this girl out thats in my class that ive known
since 2cd grade. I make her laugh daily and more than any
one else. I like her, but I'm not sure if she likes me...
She is with friends alot and is on a popilarity scale as a 7. (10 being the highest) She is a really friendly person and so am I, but i get nervous...

I'm not sure where you are in eighth grade in terms of dating, because I know that some people go on individual dates at that age, while others (especially girls) are not allowed to go places with boys at all. So, if you do ask her and she says no, it may not be you at all, but her parents who won't let her go out.
The best plan is to have something specific in mind - a party, a movie, something which would be usual for people in your group to do. You could approach her after one of those times when you make her laugh, and say something like, "You have such a great laugh (or, "I always have such a good time when I'm around you,")! You know, I've been thinking about going to see that new movie this weekend, and I'd love it if you would go with me." Make sure you have gotten your own parents' permission, transportation and everything figured out in advance. The last thing you need is to have her say yes, and then have your own parents veto it because they can't take you or don't think you should be dating!

Zome, here's the thing. . . her parents might not like for her to have a boyfriend. You guys are kinda young, but if you want to get closer, you can make an effort to walk with her. Talking is the best beginning. It helps you get to know each other more. And if while you are talking, you guys get interrupted, ask her if it's OK to call her on the phone and ask when is the best time to call. Give her your number. Do not pressure the girl in any way and if she tells you her parents don't allow her to do this or that, don't make waves. Remember this one thing and it is the most important thing that you must remember. Ingratiate yourself with her mother whenever possible. If you go to the girl's house, never ignore her parents. Acknowledge them with a smile. You call her dad, "Sir" and speak respectfully to her mother. It's most important to win the mother over. If her mother finds favor with you, then the father may be more accepting that he is beginning to lose his little girl. Never put a wedge between this girl and her parents because you may be shown the door.
Just let this friendship evolve as it must. Don't be in a rush and don't be upset if by chance she doesn't see you as a boyfriend. Good luck.

IF YOU GUYS KNOWN EACH OTHER SINCE 2ND GRADE, AND YOU MAKE HER LAUGH DAILY. THEN YOU SHOULD ASK HER TO THE MOVIES, OR TO HANG OUT SOMEWHERE. THEN IF SHE SAYS YES SHE WILL GO TO THE MOVIES WITH YOU, THEN AFTER THE MOVIES YOU SHOULD ASK HER TO BE YOUR GIRLFRIEND!! AND IF SHE'S THE GURL YOU REALLY LIKE THEN I DON'T THINK THAT SHOULD BE A PROBLEM ASKING HER OUT TO THE MOVIES. AND WHEN YOU ASK HER DON'T BE ALL NERVOUS.K.

im a girl too..if some one like me i love the some amazing laughinf and nice looking and mabby a nice gift..try and dont stop u shoul non stop loves her...for sure try to tell her that she is beautiful and also u really want to be with her..but tell your self if she says no..nothing important...just some words waist... good luck bye bye

How i get girl friends is ask them directly. So far it hasn't failed. i think girls respect it when you ask them face to face. Or you got email. Some how ask if she got a e mail address. then ask her on line. That all i got.
