Erik G so your theory is based on a leap of faith belief that these fossils actually exist but not found yet.

johnmcm49 so why can't you answer it if the question is so tired? Or because you have to admit you have no answer.

There is no evidence of transitional species. No missing link fossils have ever been found, and these are needed to prove evolution. Charles Darwin said, "there are many key points missing that are needed in order to prove evolution".

Ok that really ..... me off. There is massive massive massive evidence of "transitional life species" throughout the strata of the earth. Who told you that the lie that there wasn''t? And have you actually had a look for yourself. Obviously not. Go in to a local university, or a museum, and ask someone to show you!! It's so incredibly abundant that any paleontologist can show you with the fossils at hand.

Better yet, don't waste someones valuable time - look it up on the net. Start with planktonic foraminifera - the life form which has the most abundant and studied fossil record.

Or else, if you are too scared, just have faith in the letter of your religion - isn't that what religion is supposed to be all about - faith!! (ie. butt out of science!)

Still hidden in some rock somewhere probably. Every species that lives doesn't make a fossil. It requires a specific environment. Many transitional species have been found. It's gonna take centuries to paint a relatively clear picture. Fossils aren't just laying around with a sign that says "Here I am". Get real! Genesis has had a 3,000 year head start. Darwin lived only 150 years ago. People didn't build the pyramids and suddenly invent the light bulb. Give science a chance - evolution is the right answer. Like it or not.

This is a favorite creationist argument, of course.
It has been refuted so often that it is difficult to
believe that they are not consciously lying when
they say there are none. More are being found
all the time, the recent discoveries of intermediate
fossils between four-legged mammals and whales
for example, likewise some transitions between
turtles and other reptiles.

Considering the low probablities of an animal's
being fossilized and the fossil's being found, there
are a surprisingly large number of transitional
fossils known. It has been estimated that, of the
animals now living, about seventyfive percent are
unlikely to fossilize except under extremely rare
favorable conditions.

Bodies break down over time unless they are preserved by freak circumstances. If you dug up your great- grandparents, even the bones would have significant deterioration. It's something of a miracle that we have any evidence of ancient life.
I say God anticipated our continuing curiosity and so left tabntalizing evidence of just how much greater his handiwork is than our own. Answers that satisfied 5000 years ago now are just incomplete analogies of what we are now allowed to see, and we know there's a lot more to learn.
God is not limited by our understanding of 'Him'. Why would the truth of our origin be thus so limited?

The sedimentary rocks of the planet are full of transitional species. Do a little reading. Of course the species alive now are also transitional, but that can't be directly demonstrated. Yet.

Message to DDR freak: Look at your hands, they look just like an ape's hand. Look at your feet. Halfway down you should see a bump, this is the joint where you feet used to bend like monkeys' do before it flattened out over time. Look at the face of a monkey, it is the same.

Archaeopteryx: A proposed transition creature between birds and dinosaurs. It is said that it had feathers on its hind-legs and it glided, not flew, much like flying squirrels. It had feathers (bird), teeth (dino), claws(dino), and a bony tail (dino). Next time you see a sparrow, watch it run and see if it doesn't remind you of a lizard. Bird bone stuctures are also very similar to dino bones.

Type in Paleontology and you will find massive evidence for transition in species. This is a tired, old and often refuted creationist " argument from ignorance ".

an Anunaki known as the creator created Homo Sapian as slaves to mine gold for them ,in Zimbabwe,by cloning and genetic engineering
this was known as the adams race .
the story of Adam and Eve was a symbolic explanation ,to satisfy the people curiosity.

However many mis-trials and imperfect species were created at first(cromagnum,Erectus,Neanderthaler, etc all lived in the same place and at the same time) before the final acceptable product--Sapian

the reptile brain is our souvenir of the genetics of the Anunaki

Why is the evolution debate so important to evangelicals? Is it impossible to believe in the bible AND understand evolution?
