Oh my gosh i feel the same way, a rice sock warmed up in the microwave helps me, alittle. Doctor always tell me to take motrin and tylenol, but it doesn't even work, they try giving me pain killers too, but it still doesn't work, i guess we might just have to suffer. I always make my husband rub my abdomen too, that helps alot, and you can even try heating pads, or a hot towel, and put it on your stomach. And cold drinks makes it much worst, so drink coffee or hot water, its my tradition, its much better. You shouldn't eat cold stuff at all, it makes it a lot worst, trust me, don't eat ice cream.

Ugh, feeling you pain. i have like ten pills for my cramps already. i foind that lying curled up in a ball with a one of those heating pads (that you can buy at the drugstore and go right on your skin) works. it helps if the lights are off and you have something over your eyes. Also eating ice cream, while doing this helps.
I am absolutely serious, besides pills, I find that is the only thing that works for severe cramps.

MILK!
"The good news: Research shows calcium significantly reduces the severity of PMS, cutting the physical and emotional symptoms in half. Women in the study on high-calcium diets were less irritable, weepy, and depressed. Plus they avoided backaches, cramping and bloating."

eat almonds and yogurt and ibuprofen. your doctor could also prescribe any number of meds to help. Is there a medical condition like cysts or endomitriosis (unsure of the spelling-sorry) part of the problem?

Have you tried hormonal birth control? It usually makes periods lighter, predictable and/or optional and much less painful.
