You're not fat. I'm 5'4" and 122 pounds, but I don't have strong muscles because I don't do sports.

You're actually a liiiiiiiiiittle overweight. According to the BMI index you're at a level of 25.8. Below 18.5 is underweight, regular is 18.5-24.9, 25-29.9 is overweight, and 30 and above is obese. I used to be 140 at 5'2" which was also slightly overweight, but in the last few months I dropped to 125 and now I'm at a healthier weight.

For your height, I'd say you should drop down to 135 pounds to be at a healthier weight, but if a bunch of what you have is muscle, then keep it that way, but if it's fat, don't go on some crazy diet, eat moderate portions every 4-5 hours, and do 100 crunches and 100 reps (with at least 5 pounds) per day. Either 50 twice a day or 33 three times a day with one extra at the end.

=).

Well that depends whether you are 155lb or fat or 155lb of muscle. Do you have a small, medium or large frame? Your BMI is 25.8, which you don't want to go any higher. But your body fat percentage is more important than BMI, so check yours. Acceptable body fat percentage range between 10% and 30% for a woman, with 18%-24% being considered 'ideal'. HTH : )

We're about the same except that I am just a little taller. I think you're fine. I know that I would like to ideally be about 145 but this weight works for now. Not much room to gain a few, though. Make sure you stay healthy. Do some exercise just to keep in good shape. Remember, we're not in Hollywood. Your height and weight are just fine.

according to the BMI calculator you are 5 pounds over weight or in the 66th% of 100 women you didn't give your age so this is based off of an age of 18-21 years of age. I would say 5 pounds does not make you fat or chunky you just need to excerise and that 5 pounds will tone right up.

According to the height/weight chart a person 5 ft 5in should be

Small frame 120-133
Medium frame 127-141
Large frame 137-155

Keep in mind that they are not accurate for everyone. You should go by body fat percentage. According to the height/weight chart I am about 30 lbs overweight but my body fat percentage is normal. Go by how you feel, and if you feel comfortable, who cares if you arent the "right" weight.

The selection polled grew to become into very small so the accuracy of prediction is improper. whether i think of they're going to do properly if for no different reason than the voters being ill of the present bathe living in Westminster. i am going for UKIP, I favoured them long formerly the latest scandals, their rules mirror my perspectives, no longer least of it incredibly is leaving the ecu. the large 3 are in favour of staying in this corrupt enterprise so i'd on no account vote for any of them back. That mentioned, i think too lots emphasis is being placed on the ecu possibilities somewhat than the interior sight ones, we could kick Lab/Con/Lib from our constituencies. Get out and vote, get out and kick a**e, on no account have we had such an probability to voice our protest against corrupt and self in seek of MPs. whether that be vote casting BNP or no longer. .

Your BMI is 25.8 which is considered "overweight", however that may not be necessarily unhealthy. The BMI does not take into account muscle mass etc. Now if you were morbidly obese or anorexic, that's a different story.
