Does anybody know why in the movie Ultra Violet, they have fangs? Are they vampires or something? I just watched this movie and didn't get it.

In the beginning of the movie someone (the bad guy) accidentally spread a virus that turns human beings into a special mutation compared with vampirism. They grow fangs, their speed and agility are increased among other things. But the movie sucks pretty bad.

Yeah, that movie wasn't very good. It had something to do with the virus they contracted. I guess it went into their bloodstream right? I didn't think they were really vamprires - did they drink blood or just have the teeth? Blood - vampire - whatever. I did like the way her hair kept changing color.

I didn't see the movie but they are supposed to be vampire-like. However the movie appeared to be too stupid for me to actually know or care.

I watched it for the effects, but basically one of the side effects from the disease they had was longer teeth. The media called it vapirism because of the teeth, but they are not vampires.

I wouldn't watch it if not for Milla Jovovich.
