possibly,if you must use virtual pc on mac, use mozilla (with a no-script extention) as a browser, most windows virus's are aimed at the internet explorer.

Bochs is free and GPL.

Most VM's do not run the code in native mode -- so no.

But, not all virus are created equal (like JVM virus.)

WIth the G5 you have, possibly. You have a higher chance of getting malware with a G5 also.
