I mean you do it by yourself and there really aren't any winners or losers. I like handball in the morning right when I wake up.

handball is a very competitive sport and is also played in teams of two.it is an olympic sport and takes alot of agility to play.it is not a single player sport you dont play tennis by your self.what you are doing is practicing or getting exersize.which is alright.want to play a game someday i live in so.calif.and would be more than happy to show you why its a sport.i am 60 but can beat the majority of people i play.

Handball can be played anytime of day....not just in the mornings. Though, playing handball, as does exercising, gets you going for the day.

hand ball is the 3 fastest,toughst game in the world not any one can play it you must have a good arm,strong legs and you must be fast on your feet it is a tough game
if you cant see that in it then you are blind
