I agree with the singing one, that's definitely every girl's dream, but it's usually way too hard. Find out her favorite romantic movie to find out what kind of things she likes, and what her ideal relationship is. Girls are dreamers, and they dream of that perfect moment of when a guy tells them they love him. So first be in a friendship or relationship with her if you aren't already. Then put together the sweetest most romantic thing you can think of, catering to her interests. Cook her dinner or something, or plan a perfect night together. Then, at the right moment, when everything seems perfect, say it.

I guess that depends on your personality. Are you shy? Or outgoing? Do you want to verbally tell her or just show her? If you want to verbally tell her. Just wait until the moment feels right for both of you and say I love you. If you want to show her nonverbally. Try listening and responding with an interest. Show her you care by opening doors,etc. There are many ways to show love. Good luck.
