I hate to stereotype but asians usually have beautiful, flawless skin so you probably don't need foundation. Try just a nice light brown frosy shadow on your lid and some mascar for your eyes. Then slick on some gloss. When I was younger I wore lip smackers in the squeeze tube. It tastes yummy. Don't listen to the people who say you're too young. 13 is a common age to start wearing makeup. You know what looks really nice also? Find a nice shimmer stick. Maybelline makes one called maybelline express and put it from your temple to part of your cheek right below your eyes and blend w/your finger. Adds a nice little glow. Good luck.

Shiseido is a good make up since it's Asian-made, they tend to have some extra "ivory-tan" shades . Don't use much foundation, you can get pimples, and if you have such pretty skin, you don't need to cover it up!
Be careful to match your skin color. Don't put tester foundation on the back of your hand - does your hand look like the same color as the skin on your face? Ask at the makeup counter in a good department store if they will let you put a little just above your jaw line on your cheek. Then go outdoors and se if the color is right in natural lighting.
A good natural look would be a little foundation to even out any skin tone blotches, mascara, and a little lip gloss. If your eyes have a pronounced epicanthic fold, please don't use eye shadow yet. It is very bad looking on a young woman. (And I haven't seen too many older ladies get it right, either!)
Have fun experimenting. Remember, less is better than more.
Really!

I think the natural look is the way to go overall. You probably don't need any foundation unless you have pimples.
Mascara is great, stick to brown or brown-black. Eyelash curlers are the best! That is more important than mascara to me.
Gloss is good, but you can kick lip stick with shimmer in it too. I'd do with pinks, but very light and subtle shades. It is good to have lip gloss you can apply without a mirror, so think about that.

I think you are too young for make up. But since you want to know.
Get a shishedo stick foundation and inovi Lose powder for your face don forget to apply moisturiser before applying make up..
For mascara the best is lancome flextencil or defensil..
For lip you should get baby pink gloss..
That would do it..
If you want to look more sweet try applying blusher..

Since you are only thirteen make up could cause pimples and other allergies. Just keep some tissues with you and clean your face often and look fresh.
Also make up on kids look wierd sometimes.
By what you say you seem to be cute enough.
Enjoy your natural glow dear.

you shouldn't wear makeup because you're only 13 and have beautiful skin when you're younger. i'm sure you don't need it. but if you want to wear make up, i would just use lip gloss and eyeliner

At 13 you don't need much makeup maybe just a little lip color in pinks and peaches that's all you need, why try to cover up your youth with crap.
