Its heartburn. Try to avoid the foods that give you it. Dont lie down after you eat, eat and drink at the same time (I get mine really bad if I drink to much without eating something)

Yes, you can get heart burn when you are pregnant. It can go from your throat down to your chest. Usually you don't get heartburn while you're pregnant until you are further along, like 6 mos or so. When I was pregnant, my heartburn gradually become more & more recent the farther along I got. Then, when I was 33 weeks it seemed to last all day for about a week, next came baby. It doesn't mean your baby is about to be born, but heartburn is common during pregnancy.

I actually had heart burn so bad it made me vomit ,I went to my Dr and he gave me a prescription for it. If it's not that bad though try a plain piece of bread and a glass of warm water.
