I have heard this saying before. I have also heard that being under a lot of stress can cause premature wrinkles. I guess I am living proof of that. Problems with my boyfriend, the death of my mother, and chronic pain has aged me in the past few years. I used to look 10yrs younger than my actual age. Frown and worry lines and crows feet will come early especially if combined with too much stress, sun exposure, smoking and not moisturizing and drinking plenty of water. I Know its easier said than done, but try to relax . Peace2U
