Talk to your spouse. Both of you come clean about what you are doing on the internet. Come to an agreement of what is allowable for each of you. If you cant get counseling. DOnt spy on her, thats not a direct problem solving technique. Do you love her or not? Work with her on things. Good luck.

Once you delete the history and cookies it's kind of difficult to spy. Get a keylogger if you have to. But you shouldnt need to spy anyways. If you think they are doing something wrong, just try having a talk.

Why do you feel a need to spy on your husband? If you don't trust him, maybe you have a lot more to worry about other than internet history and cookies.

If you feel the need to spy on your spouse I would say the relationship is in trouble anyway. Maybe you should just ask them to tell you what you want to know.

why spy on your spouse? talk to your spouse. spying will not make the problem go away, it will just make it worse. Trust and respect of each other's privacy are important in a relationship.

Ok...if you ask you man, he will lie to you. If you want to spy on him and see what he is doing, check out the temp files. If that dont help you, buy a program that will monitor what, when and where he is surfing. McAfee makes a perfect program.....

Get a key logger. It runs invisibly in the background and records everything that is typed in. It also takes pictures of her desktop and saves them. I use it with my kids as a monitoring device.

You can by a spy program to view everything they view but I wouldn't do it.
Its like readying someone's journal..you'll just make it worse by infading her privacy.
