Hi,
its very simple. Try the following steps:
1. look for Internet explorer site icon "e" on your desktop or after opening a webpage - go to tools menu & select "internet options..."
2. right click on that icon
3. select "properties"
4. select "general"
5. you have two ways to save yourself
- select "delete cookies" & "delete files"
- also select "delete history"
6. then change the days to keep the history to "0".
7. click on "apply" & then "ok"

Note: regularly before switching off your computer - delete the cookies (follow from steps 1-5 & 7). And since you have selected as "0" days for history at least your visited websites will not be saved in the webpage.

All the best!

Tools and Internet Options, then go half way down and you'll see 'delete cookies'. 2 things: Deleting cookies may make it hard for anyone to go to a site requiring username or password if they had it saved before. The other thing, do what your parents ask. If you can't follow their rules, you'll probably be getting in a lot of trouble in the world once you grow up.

Clear history but that's an obvious sign that you've been doing something bad(whether you have or not) go to internet options and disable the cookie thing. Or wait till college and get your own computer.

Naughty, naughty child.
First go to history. It is the little blue and green circle next to favourites. Click on the circle and your history should appear down the side. Click on the day you want to delete. Next go to the start button and right click. Go to browse. When it opens click on cookies. You delete from there. One more thing go to your garbage can and delete that.
